We love nothing more than introducing our collection to newcomers, and welcoming returning guests.

Tastings

 

       Reservations for tastings may be made here.  We also welcome spontaneous drop-ins for our tasting options.  Seatings are limited to 60 minutes.  Larger groups (8 or more guests), may be extended to 90 minutes provided a reservation has been made.  A $50 deposit is requested for group (8 or more guests) reservations.

 

Guests with reservations will be seated first.  All other guests will be seated on a first come, first served basis.

 

Your tasting includes five wines in the form of a curated flight for $15.00**, or $20.00 to try all available core wines plus your choice of an available seasonal wine.  You may try additional wines for $1.00** per taste.  Limited Series Varietals are not available to taste.  Take home an etched, commemorative glass as a memory of your experience!

PLEASE NOTE:  items contain gluten.  Gluten-free crackers can be substituted on the charcuterie boards, individual cheese and hummus plates.  Pretzel and Fatties do not have gluten-free substitutes.  There is a chance of cross-contamination.

PLEASE ALERT YOUR SERVER TO ALLERGIES!  This is not a nut-free facility.

Items are subject to availability.  PBG reserves the right to substitute items as needed to provide the freshest ingredients.

Larger groups (over 6 guests) are encouraged to let us know in advance if charcuterie boards are preferred.

All of our wines, including Limited Series Varietals, are available to purchase by the glass.

**7% State/Local sales and meal tax is applied at checkout on all food and beverage service.

 

Please, no outside food or drink allowed in our winery.

We welcome guests to celebrate special occasions, but please do not bring confetti, glitter, etc..

 

PARKING:  We do not own the parking lot!  Our customers may park free Monday-Thursday, while visiting us as well as the businesses in the front building.  Friday-Saturday an attendant will collect a $20 parking fee from all vehicles.  Upon leaving, please present your purchase receipt from us or any of the front businesses for a full refund.  Large vehicles, campers and trailers are not permitted to park here.  There is a lot for large vehicles heading North on Water Street, beyond the traffic rotary, on the right.  Plymouth had the free Ride Circuit electric vehicles for your convenience.  Download the app here to enjoy free door-to-door service!
