Shipping & returns
WE SHIP WINE BOTTLES ONLY IN QUANTITIES OF 6 & 12.
Wine can ship UPS or Fedex Ground. Other products will ship best way. If you have special requirements, please so indicate on your order notes, or contact us for assistance.
Please allow at least 4 business hours for in-store pick-ups. If you are in a hurry, please call to let us know. We will do everything possible to have your order ready.
We currently ship wine to the following States/Territories: Alaska, California, Florida, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C.. If your State is not listed, please ask us!
We cannot accept returns for shipments of wine or food items. Sadly, accidents do happen along the way. If the package is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment at time of delivery, and contact us. We will gladly replace it!
