Shipping & returns


Current wine shipping is via UPS Ground.  Please select UPS Ground at check-out. USPS will not ship wine orders. Shipping is determined by the weight of the product, destination, and current carrier rates, of which customer can choose. We use the ShipStation application to calculate shipping rates and delivery estimates.

If you have special requirements, please so indicate on your order notes, or contact us for assistance.

Please allow at least 4 business hours for in-store pick-ups.  If you are in a hurry, please call to let us know. We will do everything possible to have your order ready.

Orders containing wine can only ship to:  Alaska (with limitations), Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington State, Washington D.C. and Wisconsin.   The wine portion of order to any other State or territory will be cancelled and refunded to you.

We cannot accept returns for shipments of wine or food items.  Sadly, accidents do happen along the way.  If the package is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment at time of delivery, and contact us.  We will gladly replace it!
