By purchasing wine via the website, you are certifying that you are of legal age (minimum 21 years old) to purchase wine. You agree to be solely responsible for the shipment of wine to the shipping address. You also certify that no minors will have access to the package when it is received at the shipping address. You understand that proof of identification and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Orders containing wine may ship to:  Alaska (with limitations), Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington State, Washington D.C. and Wisconsin.   The wine portion of order to any other State or territory will be cancelled and refunded to you.

There may be restrictions within each State which could prevent an order from shipping, in which case you will be notified.
