White balsamic vinegar with fermented peach juice

This white balsamic vinegar is made in Modena, Italy, from local grapes and ages in oak barrels.  The peaches are picked perfectly ripe, crushed and left to ferment naturally, then added for a sweet and fruity vinegar.

We recommend it on red meat and game, green and fruit salads, fish, ice cream, and fresh, soft mild cheeses.
