Our Mediterranean Line Citrus Balsamic Vinegar is made with white cask aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, using natural Meyer Lemon flavorings. Our balsamic vinegar is refreshingly sweet with a graceful lemon brightness. With no added sugar, our balsamic vinegar is well suited for marinades and vinaigrettes.

With a balsamic that is as versatile as this, we recommend pairing it with your favorite everyday extra virgin olive oil. It has a wonderful acidity that works well with seafood and Summer grilling.
