Oh, the possibilities! Shrimp or chicken scampi. Over a steak for a Tuscan feel. And let’s not forget with cream cheese over an Everything bagel, or roll out dough, spread on Drydock Scampi, roll up and bake...a twist to garlic bread with pasta.
Drydock Garlic Wings:
3 pounds of wings
1 jar of PBW DryDock Scampi jelly Juice of 1 lemon
6 cloves minced garlic
Mix jelly, fresh lemon juice and minced garlic together in a bowl. Wash the chicken wings. Cut the wings at the joints. Add to the jelly mixture and marinate overnight, stirring occasionally. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place wings in one layer in pan and add some of the marinade. Bake for about 11⁄2 hours, turning wings after 45 minutes. Garnish with some fresh ground pepper, lemon wedges and parsley.
