This olive oil is great tossed into pasta, on salads, on lamb or fish, as a sandwich spread, for bread dipping and in marinades.  Like the garlic and Italian herb oils, it is a natural for sautéing or as a condiment in savory dishes, and avoids having those unpalatable rosemary spines in the dish.
